Two-year parts and labor warranty on most repairs as long as this agreement is in effect.



24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE
After hour emergency service is available at our after hour rate.



AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

(Air Purifier)
  • Check power to unit

  • Annual maintenance kit (filter, metal insert and UV lights)

(Oil Furnace)
  • Clean and adjust electrodes
  • Clean and inspect burner tube,burner blower wheel,
    cad cell,fuel pump strainer, and primary air band
  • Replace fuel oil nozzle and fuel oil filter cartridge
  • Lubricate burner motor, inspect combustion chamber
    operating controls, safety controls, and breaching
  • Clean fuel passageways(heat exchanger section) and breaching
  • Inspect blower for proper operation
  • Check belt wear, tension and alignment (if applicable)
  • Lubricate blower motor and bearings as required
  • Replace disposable air filters
