Sitting here in air-conditioned peace and comfort, I needed to write to say how wonderful of a job your crew did of installing our central air conditioning system efficiently,cleanly and successfully.

Even though as you know, it was not easy to install the air conditioning into our cape, and there was some unexpected space problems along the way, your team worked very hard to make it work - and obviously they succeeded!

Eric and Mike were polite, respectful gentlemen who went above and beyond to explain each step of the process and to clean up after their work each day.

Just wanted to send a note to say "thank you" for helping with our central air system. It waited for the hottest day of the year to stop working and made being in the house unbearable. I called and your office staff were able to get someone out the same day. When your technician (Jeff) arrived he found the problem quickly and then went on to do a thorough check of the entire system finding that my condensor coil was also clogged with debris. He cleaned the coil and tested the system. He had the system working again in no time. So thanks to your office staff for the help in getting someone out quickly and to Jeff for providing excellent service. With my appreciation Bob G.

Your installation crew did a fabulous job! I was glad to see Eric show up since he did such a great job with the A/C. Both Eric and Mike are very meticulous workers - attention to detail. The boiler looks great, very neat and organized ! This boiler puts out much less waste heat; the furnace does not get hot at all. I can now sleep in peace.

I want to compliment you on the wonderful crew, Eric & Mike, who worked so hard for the last two days, installing my new furnace and A/C unit.

They were very professional in their approach to everything. I was pleased that Eric replaced a small valve on my hot water tank for the humidifier. Mike went over & above to paint the A/c exhaust pipes outside; as directed by the condo association.

They were quiet, efficient and cleaned up everything upon complettion. thank you for such good service! The furnace is running nicely and much quieter than my old one.

Hi Kevin,
First, I'd just like you to know how professional Eric & Mike were with installing our new systems. It was a pleasure to have to have them working on our home.
Second, I'm just following up on our tax credit & utility rebate. I just want to make sure that we get the energy specifics along wih the receipt. Also, I'm hoping that Janazzo can assisst us in obtaining the proper information for utility rebate program. I appreciate your assistance with this and look forward to hearing from you.

I am writing in high praise of Jeff, Janazzo technician.
On Aug.6,2012 Jeff handled the no/AC diagnosis at the condo with serious commitment to resolving the problem. He stayed with the situation until late afternoon. When he finally located a new motor replacement with similar numerical identification to the old motor. Throughout the "ordeal" Jeff kept us informed and we appreciated his thoughtfulness and professionalism.
On Oct.25,2012 Jeff again came to the condo to do the Fall inspection. Excellent job!

Dear Janazzo:

This is a letter of thanks to "the boys".

When I discovered, the Monday after Christmas, that I had no heat, I was in a quandary as to how to proceed. Open up the phone and start thumbing through and take my chances. The light dawns... I looked at the label on the existing furnace and hoped that they were still in business. They were... it happened to be you. After finding out that the existing furnace was over 30 years old, I realized I did something right in calling Janazzos vs. thumbing through the phone book.

It was a long hard struggle, for me, as well as, "the boys" but it finally paid off(and I'm still paying.... it off (the bill))(((just kidding))).

I can't say enough about the professionalism, the attitude and courtesy "the boys" provided me with. Many thanks to them for doing a great job and going above and beyond the call of duty to all of you who participated installing, as well as, dealing with the condo association.
